The Kendall Rental Project Reveal

#TheKendallRental is an investment property renovation project we worked on in the summer of 2020. The main goal for this project was to create a clean canvas for the potential tenants as well as make upgrades as needed throughout while staying in the tight renovation budget that usually comes along with an investment property renovation.

We were able to create a clean canvas by removing the built-in mirrors and the popcorn ceiling, changing the light fixtures, and adding a fresh coat of paint.

For the kitchen, we updated the cabinet pulls, sink, faucet and new stainless steel appliances. These small updates made a huge transformation in the kitchen!

The secondary bath only needed a fresh coat of paint, new toilet and plumbing fixtures.

The main renovation of this project went into the master bath. We removed the ceiling light tiles and added recessed lighting. We decided on a custom vanity with a countertop that compliments the existing tiles in the master shower.
