Refund window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Requests made after 14 days can't be accepted.
Condition of items
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
How to start a return
Email us at michelle@studioellemarie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-returnable items
The following are final sale and can't be returned or refunded: sale items, custom or personalized pieces.

Yes. Every piece is hand-selected and authentically vintage, chosen for its character and the quiet marks of age it carries. Each is photographed and described exactly as it is.
Each piece is one of a kind, so once it finds a home, it won't return. When something speaks to you, it's worth not waiting.

We currently ship within the U.S., so no duties or customs fees apply. If you're located abroad, write to us at michelle@studioellemarie.com and we'll explore the options together.
Pieces are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically in 5-7 business days depending on size and destination. Larger pieces travel by freight and may take a little longer.
